Gunther Lehleiter’s main areas of focus are: Banking and stock exchange law, corporate law, insolvency law and compliance.

Gunther Lehleiter studied law at the Friedrich Wilhelm University of Bonn, the Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich and the University of Cambridge. His legal career began in 1993 at Spieker, Holtermann, Duvernell, Dieckhöfer and Partner in Dortmund where he became partner in 1997. Since 2000, Gunther Lehleiter has been engaged as Managing Partner at Aderhold & Kollegen Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft GmbH – renamed Aderhold Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in April 2011. Gunther Lehleiter lectures in banking law at the Hagen Law School. He is also a member of the Association of Banking Law and regularly holds lectures on banking law topics.
